Rights to content you submit for analysis remain with you; however, you agree to allow this content to be processed and technically used to provide the Service.

Except where legally required, Pulse cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or decreases in campaign performance that may arise from the use of Pulse.
